Marrakesh’s main market, or 'souk', is known for its hustle and bustle and alleyways filled with hidden handmade treasures.
There is an intense feeling of creativity in the air and a colorful chaotic mix of ceramics, lamps & rugs in every corner. This vibrant sense of energy is exactly what brought Marrakesh to life for traveler Mimi.
But when she stumbled upon a fabric shop, Mimi stepped inside a soothing oasis. A handloom weaver stood in the corner of the shop, quietly focusing on his craft. Without hesitation, Mimi slowed down to souk in its beauty...
Taking in the shop’s fabric-filled walls, her eyes were drawn to one fabric in particular…
And she wanted to share a piece of this handmade Moroccan craft with you too.
Here’s to letting new cultures souk in and to feeling good—because after all, it’s Friday!

Chirp Chirp Hooray! Spring is in the air.
Bee-lieve it or not, the grass is getting greener and the skies are getting bluer! What a re-leaf!
As the weather improves, we will be doing more of what we love: getting outdoors!
