Sinh is 30 years old, married and the father of a young child. He belongs to an ethnic minority community and lives in a remote mountainous area of Thanh Hoa province. With a newborn at home, his wife stays behind to care for the baby, making Mr. Sinh the family's sole breadwinner. In addition to supporting his wife and child, he also takes care of his elderly mother. Life is still challenging and unstable, but Mr. Sinh works tirelessly to provide for his family. His primary job is working as a driver and he also grows acacia trees to earn additional income. Acacia seedlings take around five or six years to mature, after which the wood can be sold to traders. This not only helps improve his family’s income but also contributes to environmental protection.
